Kirk ,Kathy,and their entire team, especially Doug Williams managed the sale our house at 922 SW 356th St, Federal Way, WA 98023 in a thoroughly professional and caring manner. The 5 BR 2300 SF 2 Bath house had a number of issues such as roof replacement, crawl space repairs, perimeter decay,   soffit replacement and interior and exterior paint and landscaping which were needed to be market ready. They were very helpful in recommending contractors (including 2 or more bidders in most instances). The property sold at a good price in a reasonable time 


We had a home that had to be sold because my sister could no longer live alone. Kirk and Kathryn were recommended by the Kennys who had Team Red sell their home. Kirk and Kathryn evaluated the home and gave us two options. Sell as is or invest to upgrade before sale. We decided to upgrade.   Team Red managed the entire upgrade process in a very professional and timely manner. The result was that the home was sold two days after it went on the market for more than double the price than if it were sold as is. I am thankful that Team Red came to our help just at the right time.


We worked with both Kirk and Kathy for about two years until we finally decided if we would build or buy an existing home. While we worked through that process Kirk and Kathy patiently walked through it all with us. Throughout that time we came to know the couple very well and they became like an  extension of our family. 


Kathy was an excellent resource in helping me to prepare to list my house and then actually list it. It was a 22 year old house that had been taken well care of but still needed freshening up. Her skill in evaluating the things that would bring the most return and then suggesting contractors to do  the work quickly and reasonably was great. Based on market conditions and cost of improvements, we choose to list the house at a somewhat higher price than the market suggested but also decided on a lower price for aggressive sale. Her marketing was very impressive. After the first Open Houses, it was apparent that people liked the house but not the price. We then lowered the price to the aggressive number and a full price offer was received 6 weeks after the initial listing. The house has since closed, with Kathy joining me for the signing to help with any questions. Highly recommended, especially for south King and north Pierce counties.
